Well, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Alison, loved your review. We just bought this machine after Thanksgiving. Your tutorial is very helpful indeed. I was disappointed to see there was no regular or American choice available. We found this out after the fact. Any thoughts ? I tried running a dark roast on Lungo setting twice but the taste left a lot to be desired.

Pamela's workouts are far more fun than Chloe Ting's. I'm not saying Chloe's workouts are terrible or ineffective. I tried a few and experienced bloating, lethargy, and exhaustion as a result. It's also monotonous for me, and I grow bored following her schedule at times. However, Pamela's routines offer variants with amazing music. P.S. My viewpoint is founded on my body.

I just bought the foundation, and love it! I am 53, and age spots are coming in hot! This really works! So light, and easy to put on. Sometimes I put a little bit of Max Cover over it. Works great!

Does anybody got a good deodorant recommendation, I have excessive sweating (from social anxiety) and I hate really strong smelling deodorant, but I've noticed that deodorants that I try to use react to my sweat oder badly. Any help 😔 (that isn't super expensive)

For the acne or acne scars, use something like Neutrogena Acne wash (with salicylic acid) but leave it on for about 10 minutes. Wash it off. It will lightly peel the skin for the next several days. Use acne wash 1-2 times per week. Don’t overdo it. If the peeling bothers you, wash your face with a warm water and baking soda solution to neutralize the acid. Do not rub the solution in. Use a cotton ball to dab it on. Then, rinse with slightly warm water. After using the acne wash, apply colloidal silver liquid with a cotton ball to disinfect the skin. This is very good for cystic acne. Next, moisturize with a moisturizing oil, such as rose hip or jojoba oil. This will correct and balance your skin so that it is not producing excess oil. It will take several months before you see the difference. Lastly, drink plenty of water to hydrate from the inside and eat healthier. Reduce sugar intake, cut out junk foods, over processed foods, soda, reduce dairy (cut out cow milk), etc. Ensure you take a daily multivitamin. Cutting out sugar and sugary foods will especially help reduce acne. You can also use a soft exfoliating wash cloth or exfoliating gloves instead of the acne wash but do not recommend it at the same time you use acne wash because it is too much. With oily skin, you need to moisturize more not less. You want to train your skin not to produce as much oil. I completely cured my acne doing these things. Hope this helps!

It looks slightly pink not yellow but it’s a sand beige so it *should* have a yellow undertone. That’s weird. Glad I saw this video. I have the same skin tone but I was going to get a lighter shade (light or neutral). Guess I need to get a darker shade.
